The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff shared their morning report for November 20.
The report says that the command of the Russian troops plans to transfer separate units withdrawn from the right bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region to continue hostilities in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
The General Staff reports that the mobilized Russian soldiers who make up these units are not satisfied with such a decision of the leadership.
It is also noted that in the Luhansk region, the occupying Russian forces are setting up additional checkpoints to identify and detain deserters.
