The Crimean Titan plant is located in Armyansk. Center of National Resistance notes that personnel and equipment of radiation, chemical and biological defense forces of the Russian Federation are located at the facility.
Currently, it is not known what justified the latter's stay at the seized enterprise. It can be training or requirements of the command of occupying forces.
"Center of National Resistance calls on the residents of Armyansk to temporarily refrain from walking outdoors. We also note that the presence of military personnel at chemical industry facilities is a violation of international humanitarian law," the message says.
