Russian forces massively detain children with pro-Ukrainian position in temporarily occupied territories
The occupiers detain children with a pro-Ukrainian position to put pressure on their parents.
This was reported by the National Resistance Centre.
It is noted that the reason for the detention is, in fact, the fight against children who have a pro-Ukrainian position. In particular, students in schools argue with teachers about the actions of the Russian Federation and constantly visit Ukrainian Internet resources.
The National Resistance Centre says that "ideological advisers to school principals" inform Russian security forces about the position of students. This position was introduced by the Russians in educational institutions in the occupied territories.
The parents of the detainees are threatened with the deprivation of parental rights and deportation of their children to Russia.
"Such cynical detentions are one of the elements of pressure on parents who do not want to apply for a Russian 'passport'," the statement said.
- On 24 June, the head of the occupation authorities of Zaporizhzhia region, Vladimir Rogov, said that two underage Ukrainian partisans had been killed in Berdyansk. Rogov claims that at 19:00 on 24 June, the boys "opened fire on the embankment, where there were civilians". He named Tigran Ohanisyan, a minor, as one of the 'culprits'. The coordinator of the Media Initiative for Human Rights, Olga Reshetylova, said that the second guerrilla killed was Nikita Khanganov. Both boys were born in 2006.
