Russian forces launch overnight rocket attack on Zaporizhzhia, damaging infrastructure
At around 03:00 on August 18, Russian forces launched a rocket attack on Zaporizhzhi, earlier from an anti-aircraft missile system, damaging infrastructure facilities.

Oleksandr Starukh, the head of Zaporizhzhya Regional Military Administration, announced this in Telegram.
"Tonight, around 03:00, Russian enemy launched a rocket attack on Zaporizhzhia from the Vasylivsky district. According to preliminary information, Russian occupiers used rocket systems of volley fire," he emphasized.
Four enemy rockets hit an infrastructure object in the Shevchenkivskyi district, as a result of which it suffered insignificant destruction.
