Russian forces launch 75 shells at Nikopol district: damaging houses, gas pipelines and power lines
On the night of September 14, in the Nikopol district of the Dnipropetrovsk region, Russian forces shelled up to 20 houses, gas pipelines and power lines, leaving people without electricity and water.
Valentyn Reznichenko, the head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, reports in Telegram.
"It was hot again in the Nikopol district due to Russian shells. The enemy shelled the district three times during the night. They used heavy artillery to shell the Nikopol and Marganets communities. They launched 75 shells. There were no casualties," he wrote.
The occupiers shelled Nikopol twice and damaged up to 20 houses, gas furnaces and power lines. As a result, almost 3,000 families were left without electricity. Some of them have already been connected to electricity. Power engineers continue to repair power lines.
Restoration work continues in Marganetska, Mirivska and Tomakivska communities, which were left without water in the evening of September 13 as a result of Russian shelling.
In the rest of the districts of Dnipropetrovsk region, the night of September 14 passed without shelling, and as of 07:26 a.m. the situation is calm.
