Russian forces kill 4 doctors, injure 2 hospital patients who were attempting to Kharkiv region border village
Occupying Russian forces have shelled a psychiatric hospital in the Kharkiv region while an attempt to evacuate patients was underway. Four doctors were killed and two patients were injured.

Oleg Sinegubov, the head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, reports.
"In the village of Strilecha, Kharkiv region, medics tried to evacuate patients of a psychiatric hospital. Even under fire, medical workers risked their lives and tried to save patients," the report says.
The village of Strilecha is located on the border with the Russian Federation. In total, more than 600 patients were treated in the local medical facility, and doctors managed to evacuate 30 of them.
"During the evacuation, Russians began a massive shelling. According to preliminary data, unfortunately, 4 medical workers were killed, 2 patients were injured. Unfortunately, Russians stop at nothing - war criminals and terrorists!" - Sinegubov wrote.
