Russian forces in Kherson region fire at people queueing for bread

This was announced by Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Kyrylo Tymoshenko on Telegram. 

"Russian terrorists fired at a humanitarian point while it was distributing bread. It happened in Bilozerka, Kherson region. As a result of the vile shelling, five people were wounded," Tymoshenko wrote. 

He added that on November 18, a civilian car was blown up by a mine on a road segment between Beryslav and Zmiivka. One person was killed and the other one was injured.
