Russian forces in Kherson region dress in civilian clothes: Ukrainian partisans name reasons

Invading Russian forces in the temporarily occupied Kherson region have increasingly begun to dress in civilian clothes, fearing the local population

This was reported by the ATESH guerrilla movement.

"ATESH agents on the left bank of the Dnipro River in the Kherson region report that Russian soldiers are increasingly appearing in civilian clothes instead of camouflage," the statement said.

It is noted that they are easily identified by their weapons or military backpacks. They also often move in groups of 4-8 people with their commanders.

According to the guerrillas, one of the reasons for this decision is fear of the local population. People are actively monitoring the movements of the occupying forces and the location of military facilities, which played a key role in suc command's decision.
