This was reported by the National Resistance Centre.
"In the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, the invading troops demand that the male population register with the established 'military commissariats' and threaten them with fines of up to RUB 30,000 for non-compliance," the statement says.
In the military commissariats, men are handed draft notices or, depending on their experience, are agitated to sign a contract.
The National Resistance called for ignoring Russia's mobilisation and reporting those involved in recruiting Ukrainians to the Russian army.
- The first deputy chairman of the Kherson Regional Council, Yuriy Sobolevskyi, said that the risks of Russians conducting a large-scale mobilisation in the temporarily occupied Kherson region are now quite high.
