The head of the Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kipper, confirmed the information.

“During today’s airstrike, the Russian army used guided aerial bombs (KABs) against the civilian infrastructure of our region for the first time. This is a new and serious threat to Odesa,” he reported.

Kiper urged residents of the region to respond to air raid alerts, adding that the KAB strikes “pose a tremendous danger to people and can cause significant destruction.”
