Russian forces hit three Kharkiv districts with rockets, damaging administrative building, educational institution

On the night of August 12, Russian troops shelled three districts of Kharkiv: Slobidsky, Kyivsky and Novobavarsky.

This was reported by Oleg Synegubov, head of the regional military administration, on Telegram.

"Last night, the Russians launched rocket attacks on Kharkiv. 4 rockets were fired from Belgorod at once. Around 3:00, 2 rockets, previously S-300, hit an educational institution in the Slobidsky district. The diner and vegetable warehouses were damaged," he wrote.

At the same time, in the Novobavar district, a rocket hit the road next to the administrative building. Shrapnel damaged the facade. The arrival of another rocket was recorded in the Kyivsky district. No casualties.

Previously, the mayor of the city, Igor Terekhov, wrote on Telegram about the nighttime rocket fire in Kharkiv.

"At 2:51 missile shelling of Kharkiv. Strikes were recorded in three districts of the city: Slobidsky, Kyivsky and Novobavarsky," he wrote.

Also this night, occupier strikes were recorded in Tsyrkuny and between Tsyrkuny and Cherkasy Tyshky in the Kharkiv district. Consequences are established.

During the past day, the occupiers shelled the Chuguyiv, Kharkiv, Izyum and Loziv districts.

"According to the emergency medical service, during the day, civilians were injured in the Kharkiv, Kupyan and Bogodukhiv districts: 2 injured in Tsirkuny: a 58-year-old woman and a 62-year-old man, their condition is average. A 62-year-old man received minor injuries in the Dergachiv community. In the Kupyan district, a 54-year-old tractor driver was blown up by a mine, his condition is average. In the Zolochiv community, a 23-year-old man was injured, and a 51-year-old woman, unfortunately, died," Synegubov noted.
