Russian forces hit Kramatorsk with 4 missiles, damaging 39 residential buildings and school 

This was reported in the Kramatorsk city council.

"Four missiles hit Kramatorsk. 39 private houses, an educational institution and an industrial zone were damaged. Fortunately, there were no casualties," the message states.

As the Donetsk Regional Military Administration added, in the evening the Russian forces attacked a school near Kramatorsk. In this school in the village of Malotaranivka, a Point of Invincibility was set up for local residents. This is a place where people can get warm, charge their mobile devices and use the internet.

"The Russians know perfectly well that they are hitting civilians, they do not give up their terror tactics against civilians for a single day. The building was significantly damaged, but it survived. We are still determining the exact consequences of the attack," Donetsk Regional Military Administration wrote.
