This was reported by Ukraine's Center of National Resistance.
“There is no ranking of the sick. People with complex injuries, even those who were blown up by Russian mines, must make room for the Russian military. The number of seriously wounded Russians is increasing and the occupiers have no place to allocate them. Therefore, the so-called authorities of the pseudo-republics decided to find free places, "discharging" civilian patients”, the center noted.
The Center of National Resistance urged the civilian population to leave territories not controlled by the Ukrainian government whenever possible.
