Russian forces executed 80% of the people they killed in Bucha - volunteer Spirin
Occupying Russian forces in the Kyiv region tortured people they claimed were veterans of the war in Donbas or involved in volunteering.
Volunteer Yevhen Spirin shared the statement on Espreso.
"More than 80% were tortured, shot and executed. 60% men, 40% women. We think that sometime after March 7, they started purposefully taking men out and killing them. Another category of people are those who were killed as they walked on the street. The third is people who died from debris or shelling. Some people were collapsed at home or were killed in the basement," he said.
According to him, at least three torture chambers are also known.
"The occupiers tortured those they considered to be veterans of the war in Donbas or involved in volunteering. We had a body with a police badge and three soldiers of Ukrainian Armed Forces. The soldiers died somewhere on February 26, because they entered into battle with Russian occupiers. They also had badges, they were recognized . There were also just men who were suspected of something or simply killed because Russian killed everyone. 80% of all the dead were killed, shot, tortured," concluded Spirin.
