Member of the Zaporizhzhia District Council Dmytro Kyrylchuk has said that Russian forces are strengthening their positions because they are not ready to attack Zaporizhzhia.

"The Russians are strengthening their positions in the occupied territories. The occupiers do not have enough forces to attack in the Zaporizhzhia region," Kyrylchuk noted.
The deputy added that the Russians had transferred their forces to the Kherson region, so they were waiting for reinforcements.
"The Russian occupiers are shifting their forces to the Kherson region. They are waiting for reinforcements from the Donetsk region, so they are not ready for offensive actions," noted Dmytro Kyrylchuk.
