Russian forces deport about 300 Ukrainian children from occupied Berdiansk to Chuvashia, Russian Federation
Invading Russian troops have forcibly deported over 300 Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied Berdiansk, Zaporizhzhia region, to Chuvashia
Melitopol Mayor Ivan Fedorov reported this.
“The invaders are taking almost 300 children from the Berdiansk district to 'sunny' Chuvashia. The Russian media reported that 48 children were sent, while the rest are going to be taken in several shifts,” the statement says.
According to him, children are taken 1,600 kilometers from home to manipulate the situation in the Berdiansk direction and keep children in Russia as hostages.
“Ukrainian children are the last thing the enemy thinks about. For them, it is a bargaining chip for blackmail,” added Fedorov.
