Invading Russian forces are preparing another false-flag operation in Melitopol to accuse the Ukrainian military of their crimes. They are distributing leaflets to city residents, giving instructions on how to protect themselves from HIMARS.

This was reported by the Strategic Committee of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Telegram. 

According to the report, Russia is preparing a provocation in Melitopol to accuse the Ukrainian military of its crimes.

"It is very similar to the fact that the Russian occupiers are preparing a large-scale provocation in Melitopol. By order of Gauleiter Yevhen Balytskyi, leaflets are distributed to local residents describing how to behave in order to escape from HIMARS. Usually, such actions are superficial evidence of the occupiers' insidious intentions", the Strategic Committee of the Ukrainian Armed Forces wrote. 

As reported by the Strategic Communications Department, the occupiers want to carry out a provocation and blame the Armed Forces of Ukraine in order to divert attention from their failures.

"Against the background of complete failures on all fronts, general "smoking in unspecified places", mass desertion in the Russian Armed Forces, and betrayal of commanders and chiefs, the occupier wants to divert attention by carrying out a bloody provocation and blame the Ukrainian Armed Forces", it is noted. 

The Strategic Committee of the Ukrainian Armed Forces warns the local population not to trust Russian propaganda.

"The Armed Forces of Ukraine has never and will never conduct shelling of the local population! Believe in the Ukrainian Armed Forces!", the administration wrote.
