This was reported by press service of Main Intelligence Directorate of Ministry of Defense in Telegram.
"A" referendum "on election of mayor and administrative accession to occupied Crimea is being prepared in Snihurivka town (Mykolaiv region). Residents are urged to come to polling station.
According to intelligence, a census of retired population has been launched in occupied Snihurivka.
"Russians announce establishment of Russian administration by September 1, opening of Russian Post there, launch of mobile communications and Internet services from Russian providers, introduction of Russian rubles. There is information about beginning giving of Russian passports, including foreign ones." , - noted in Ministry of Defense.
