According to the National Security and Defense Council's Center for Countering Disinformation, on November 22, the Russians launched three major deceptions.
Manipulation: Russian dictator Vladimir Putin said that "the war in Ukraine is shocking, but the coup in Ukraine and the extermination of civilians there and in Palestine is not shocking?”
Disinformation: Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grushko said: "Ukraine was being turned into an anti-Russia and used as a tool in a hybrid war to inflict a ‘strategic defeat’ on our country.”
Manipulation: The pro-Russian TV channel Resident wrote: "Zelenskyy's statements about the third Maidan were not made by chance, everyone understands perfectly well who will organize it, and it is clearly not Russia.”
