The General Staff of Ukrainian Armed Forces shared the information in its daily report on February 14.

"The enemy, despite significant losses, has not yet abandoned its intentions to reach the administrative borders of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. It continues to focus its main efforts on conducting offensive actions on the Kupiansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk directions. Enemy aviation is active," the statement reads.

On the northern border of Ukraine with Russia a village in the Chernihiv region; 5 settlements in the Sumy region, as well as more than a dozen of settlements in Kharkiv region were shelled.

Kupiansk and Lyman directions: the enemy shelled more than 15 settlements with tanks, mortars and artillery, including Berestove, Vyshneve and Tabaivka in Kharkiv region; Novoselivske, Stelmakhivka, Nevske, and 5 more settlements in Luhansk region and Fedorivka in Donetsk region. It carried out air strikes in the areas of Berestove, Zhytlivka and Verkhniokamianske.

Bakhmut direction: over 20 localities came under mortar and artillery fire, including Bilohorivka, Vesele, Chasiv Yar, Bakhmut, and other settlements in Donetsk region. The areas of Bakhmut, Ivanivske and Kurdyumivka came under enemy air strikes.

Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk directions: 22 localities came under tank, mortar and artillery fire, including Avdiivka, Vodyane, Nevelske, Vesele, and 6 more settlements in Donetsk region. The enemy also conducted air strikes near Avdiivka and Vuhledar. Moreover, the occupiers dropped non-lethal aerosol grenades of K-51 type from a UAV on the positions of Ukrainian troops near Vodiane.

Zaporizhzhia direction: over 20 localities came under fire. The enemy also conducted air strikes near Malynivka and Novodanylivka.

Kherson direction: the suburbs and the Kherson city itself, as well as the areas of more than 25 settlements in the Kherson region, were hit by Russian artillery fire.

Due to significant losses, Russian instructors train mobilized troops and "volunteers" right on the battlefield

In order to compensate for the large-scale military losses of the Russians during hostilities, approximately two brigades of servicemen of the Russian occupation forces, including mobilized troops and "volunteers", are being trained at the Kadamovsk training center in the territory of the Russian Federation.

"Most of the Russian servicemen are undergoing a three-week training course. Some groups are taking a two-week course," the post says.

As a result of poor training, the level of readiness to perform tasks is low. Since the beginning of this year, no training of Wagner recruits has been conducted at the training ground. Instructors of the training center are involved in training directly in the combat zone.

Over the last day, Ukrainian aviation conducted 8 strikes on the areas where Russian personnel and military equipment were concentrated

"During the day, the aviation of the Defense Forces carried out 8 strikes on the areas of concentration of Russian personnel and military equipment, and missile troops and artillery hit the area of concentration of manpower, 3 ammunition depots and 2 enemy electronic warfare stations," the statement said.

On February 14, it was reported that three training camps for mobilized soldiers had been set up in occupied Mariupol, and there were two training grounds for regular Russian troops.

On St. Valentine’’s Day the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shared the photos of Ukrainian servicemen and told what this holiday is like for those who are defending their homes from Russian aggression.

“Today, Ukrainian defenders have sent from the front thousands of messages with the words of love to their dearest ones.

This morning, the soldiers of the 43rd Heavy Artillery Brigade could have brought flowers to their loved ones. Instead, they are sending "gifts" to the Russian occupiers from the Pion self-propelled system.

Today, they could hug and kiss their loved ones. Instead, they are "hugged" by the frosty wind of Donbas and the shock wave of a gunshot.

Today, they could have heard "I love you". But instead, they hear "FIRE!".

Today, they could have warmed the hearts of those they love with their passion. Instead, they are sending the invaders to hell with fury and zeal.

We believe that they will celebrate the next February 14th together with their loved ones. Because love will win! Ukraine will win!” says the Facebook post.
