According to the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, the Russian attack in the Bucha district left one person injured. A 60-year-old French citizen sustained wounds to both legs and is now hospitalized, receiving necessary medical care.

A woman born in 1981 suffered a stress-induced neurotic reaction. She was treated at the scene.

In Bucha district, three settlements saw damage: 18 private homes, 20 townhouse apartments, and 19 vehicles were damaged or partially destroyed. A restaurant, two shops, seven utility buildings, and five garages were also affected.

Another home was damaged in the Boryspil district.

Hospital hit in Sumy region

According to the regional military administration, a Russian drone crashed onto the roof of the regional clinical hospital last night. No injuries were reported. Emergency services are on-site.

Yevhen Khaustov, a volunteer and head of the Khaustov Charity Fund, reported that five Russian Shahed drones targeted the city of Krasnopillya in the Sumy region overnight. The attack struck a local hospital, damaging multiple buildings.

Specialists from the State Emergency Service are working at the scene, while volunteers are evacuating people to Sumy.

As reported by the acting mayor of Sumy, Artem Kobzar, at 11:30 a.m., the regional clinical hospital was hit, causing damage to the roof and shattering windows. The blast wave resulted in significant destruction, but the medical staff continues to work, providing assistance to patients. Civil society organizations have also joined the response effort.

Strike on Dnipropetrovsk region

The regional military administration reported that a fire broke out in Dnipro following the Russian attack.

"Two fires also broke out in the Pavlohrad district. An infrastructure facility was damaged there. The Nikopol region also came under drone attacks. The aggressor targeted the district center and the Marhanets community. A private house, an outbuilding, and a car were damaged.

According to updated information, 10 private homes and five outbuildings were destroyed in Nikopol due to artillery shelling last night. A power line was hit," officials added.

No fatalities or injuries were reported.

Ukrzaliznytsia stated that Russian drones targeted the railway power system in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

"There are power outages in some areas, but train traffic remains on schedule. During the recovery efforts, the enemy struck again. Fortunately, there were no casualties," the statement read.

Zelenskyy's response

"Right now, many regions can literally hear what Russia really wants. About 40 Shahed drones are in our skies, and air defense is working," President Zelenskyy wrote at 11:57 p.m. of the previous day.

He confirmed that civilian infrastructure had been hit, including a direct strike on a hospital in Sumy, attacks on cities in Donetsk region, and strike drones in the skies over Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Sumy, Chernihiv, Poltava, Kharkiv, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, and Cherkasy regions.

"These nighttime attacks are exactly how Russia destroys our energy sector, our infrastructure, and the normal lives of Ukrainians. And the fact that this night was no exception proves that we must continue to pressure Russia for the sake of peace," Zelenskyy stressed.
