Why do Poles not consider themselves "cowards"?
Russian Constitutional Court "approves" annexation of Russian-occupied parts of Ukraine
On October 2, the Russian Constitutional Court has "approved" the accession of the terrorist organizations "LPR" and "DPR", as well as the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson and Zaporizhia regions to Russia.
Russian Constitutional Court reports in its Telegram.
The message states that the annexed territories will be considered as part of Russia from the moment of signing the agreement, not its ratification, and this is a "principled political expression of will."
The court says that it checked the "constitutionality of treaties on accession to the Russian Federation" and that when making a decision, they took into account "exclusively questions of law, and not the political expediency of concluding international treaties."
Russian will be considered the "state language" in the annexed territories, but the Constitutional Court declares that it allegedly "guarantees the preservation of the right to the native language, including Ukrainian."
