Oleg Timoshin, Russian war criminal and commander with the 52nd Guards Heavy Bomber Aviation Regiment, ordered the attack on a high-rise apartment building in Dnipro city on January 14
This was reported on the InformNapalm Telegram channel.
It is reported that the publication established the identity of the commander as early as 2022 after the tragic events of June 27, when, on Timoshin's order, a rocket was fired at the Amstor shopping center in Kremenchuk.
“The person has been identified. He will either be brought to court or liquidated,” the post says.
