The head of the Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported the information.
"At night, the invaders launched a fire terror in the Kherson region. They hit residential neighborhoods," he said in a statement.
A woman of no fixed abode was killed as a result of the terrorist attack.
The consequences of the Russian attacks are currently being established.
- On the evening of November 16, the Russian invaders massively shelled Kherson, and within a day the Russian army fired 43 rounds at Kherson, killing 6 people and injuring 10 others, including 1 child.
