Russian athletes will be able to compete as neutrals at the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris

The IPC (International Paralympic Committee) General Assembly and members of the organization did not support the complete suspension of Russia's membership.
Russia was granted partial suspension status. The Russians have lost all membership rights in the IPC, but athletes have the right to participate in competitions under a neutral flag.
The 2024 Paralympic Games will be held in Paris from August 28 to September 8.
- Russians and Belarusians were not represented at the 2022 Winter Paralympics in Beijing, which took place after the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
