Russian army loses 35 artillery systems, 11 tanks, 830 soldiers per day - General Staff

Russians tried to regain positions near Klishchiivka and Robotyne, Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled Russian attacks

According to General Staff, In the area of the northern Ukrainian border with Belarus, the operational situation has not changed. 

In the northeastern border area, Russian forces maintain a grouping of troops covering the state border, conducting active sabotage activities in the border areas to prevent the deployment of Ukrainian troops to threatened areas, and increasing the density of minefields along the state border in the Belgorod region.

In the area of responsibility of the Khortytsia operational-strategic group in the Kupyansk direction, the Russian army launched unsuccessful assault operations near Synkivka, Ivanivka in Kharkiv region and Stelmakhivka in Luhansk region. Ukraine's defenders repelled about 10 Russian attacks here.

In the Lyman direction, the invaders carried out unsuccessful assault operations near Verkhnekamianske in Donetsk region.

In the Bakhmut direction, the Russian militants tried to regain the lost position near Klishchiivka, where Ukrainian defenders repelled about 10 attacks. They also conducted unsuccessful assaults in the areas of Bohdanivka and Khromove in the Donetsk region. In turn, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue assault operations south of Bakhmut, Donetsk region, inflicting losses in manpower and equipment on the Russian army, and consolidating their positions.

In the area of responsibility of the Tavria operational-strategic group in the Avdiivka direction, the Russian forces, supported by aviation, keep trying to encircle Avdiivka. Ukrainian soldiers are holding the line and inflicting significant losses on the invaders. Thus, Russia's offensive actions near 5 settlements in the Donetsk region were in vain. Here, the Defense Forces repelled about 20 Russian attacks.

In the Marinka direction, the Russian forces carried out unsuccessful assaults in the area of Marinka and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region, where Ukrainian troops repelled about 20 attacks.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, the invaders launched unsuccessful assault operations near Staromayorske, Donetsk region.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the Russian enemy unsuccessfully tried to regain the lost position near Robotyne, Zaporizhzhia region.

At the same time, the Ukrainian Defense Forces keep conducting offensive operations in the Melitopol direction, inflicting losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces, and depleting the Russian enemy along the entire front line.

In the area of responsibility of the Odesa operational-strategic group in the Kherson direction, the Ukrainian soldiers are engaged in counter-battery combat, inflicting fire on Russia's rear.

Invading Russian forces launched 2 missile attacks on Ukraine

In addition, the Russian army launched 62 air strikes and 77 missile attacks on Ukrainian troops' positions and populated areas. Unfortunately, Russian terrorist attacks have resulted in deaths and injuries among the civilian population. Private homes and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed and damaged.

Five settlements in the Kharkiv region, two in the Luhansk region, and 16 in the Donetsk region were hit by air strikes.

More than 110 settlements in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions came under artillery fire.

Ukrainian Defense Forces hit invaders' concentration areas 16 times

Over the past day, the aviation of the Defense Forces carried out 9 strikes on the areas of Russian personnel, weapons, and military equipment concentration and 2 strikes on its anti-aircraft missile systems.

Missile troops hit 7 areas of personnel, weapons and military equipment concentration, an electronic warfare station, a radar station, 2 ammunition depots, and 10 Russian artillery units.

• Russian terrorists unsuccessfully attacked Ukrainian positions at the Kupyansk, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Marinka and Zaporizhzhia directions.
