Russian army kills man in Kherson region, drops bombs on kindergarten

This was reported by the Kherson Prosecutor's Office and the head of the Regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.

According to the investigation, on the morning of November 1, Russian army attacked the village of Zmiivka, Beryslav district.

The attack killed a 43-year-old man and injured another local resident.

The prosecutor's office has now launched a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 (1) and (2) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

In addition, the Russian enemy dropped two guided aerial bombs on the kindergarten.

"The Russian army has destroyed another educational institution in the Kherson region. Today, the occupiers dropped two bombs on the kindergarten where children were once brought up," wrote Prokudin.
