Russian army forcibly resettled 2,389 children from Donbas - Ukrainian Foreign Ministry
The kidnapping of civilians is prohibited by international humanitarian law
Oleg Nikolenko, spokesman for the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, said that on March 19, Russia forcibly resettled 2,389 children from Donbas, Espreso.West reports.

According to Nikolenko, the kidnapping of civilians is prohibited by international humanitarian law.
"Kidnapping of the civilian population is strictly prohibited by international humanitarian law. The Russian army deprives our children of parental care and endangers their lives in Russia. These horrific crimes must be stopped", the speaker of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry wrote.
