"At about 1 a.m., the Russian army fired at residential areas of Kherson from the temporarily occupied left bank of the Dnipro River," the statement says.

In addition, Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, said that the Russian troops launched 65 attacks over the day, firing 287 shells from mortars, artillery, Grad, tanks, UAVs and aircraft.
"The Russian military hit residential areas of the region's settlements; the territory of factories, an educational institution, a medical facility and a store in Kherson," said Prokudin.
As a result, one person was killed and another was wounded in hostile attacks over the last day.
