The expert shared the details on the air of the Espreso TV channel.
"Russia is now starting tricks around the grain agreement in order to either disrupt it or try to negotiate more and more. In Moscow, they understand that from an economic point of view, grain export is important for us and for the West," Klimkin said.
The diplomat added that Putin is scaring Europe with a new migration flow.
"If Russia wanted the agreement to work for 120 days, as stipulated, nothing would stand in the way of that. But now Putin is scaring the West, especially Europe, with a new migration flow," noted Pavlo Klimkin.
