Russia uses civilian emergency service vehicles to conceal troop movements

Head of the Center for the Study of Occupation, Petro Andriushchenko, reported this on his Telegram channel.

According to Andriushchenko, this is the first recorded case of using emergency service vehicles for military purposes.

The head of the center suggested that Russia is trying to conceal troop movements to avoid strikes by the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

“Judging by the results of observation and assessment — UAV units. Overall, it makes sense to avoid our strikes,” he noted.
