"The Russian occupying forces used against the Ukrainian military and civilians in the city of Mariupol a poisonous substance of unknown origin, which was dropped from an invader UAV", the report says.
They added that the victims had respiratory failure and vestibulo-atactic syndrome.
"The consequences of using an unknown substance are being clarified", the regiment said.
