The meeting will take place on the sidelines of the EU-Western Balkans summit.
According to the Politico's sources, the meeting will take place amid pressure from U.S. President-elect Donald Trump, who has called on European countries to take control of ‘any future peace agreement between Ukraine and Russia’ and consider sending troops to Ukraine.
Among the participants in the meeting are German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, French President Emmanuel Macron, Polish President Andrzej Duda, European Council President António Costa, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, Prime Minister of Italy Giorgia Meloni, and the United Kingdom's Keir Starmer.
