No water or electricity for 2 years: life in occupied towns near Ukraine’s Lysychansk
Residents of the temporarily occupied towns of Pryvillia and Novodruzhesk in the Luhansk region, near Lysychansk, have been without electricity and access to central water supply for over two years

This was reported by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Artem Lysohor.
According to him, Russia is not conducting any repairs there, leaving the towns without electricity.
In addition, there is no centralized water supply there. Low-quality water is delivered there by tractor. At the same time, deliveries are irregular.
"Those who were the first to collect water stock up. During the summer heat, this problem has only worsened," the Military Administration emphasized.
