Wide-spread incidents: Defense Express on FPV goggles explosions among Russian drone operators

"Regarding reports of FPV goggles repeatedly exploding in the eyes of Russian drone pilots, this is part of the war being waged by special services. The fact that such information is now leaking into the media indicates the execution of this operation. At least a dozen cases of enemy FPV drone operators being hit have been recorded—some sources mention eight, others suggest a higher number—but the existence of these incidents is a confirmed fact," the military expert noted.  

According to him, the geographical scope of these strikes is quite broad, affecting Russian forces operating both in temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories and inside Russia itself.  

"Analyzing this information in the media, such devices may have been supplied to Russian troops in the thousands through pseudo-volunteer organizations. These cases indicate that Ukrainian special services, including the Main Directorate of Intelligence (HUR MO), have significant capabilities inside Russia. They also suggest that forces within Russia are willing to contribute to eliminating Russian war criminals," Riabykh commented.

• A series of explosions involving FPV drone goggles occurred within the Russian army while pilots were using them. Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate is reportedly behind the operation.
