Ukrnafta launches new productive well, tests new technology
Ukrnafta has launched another well in western Ukraine. Its daily production results have doubled the previous forecasts. This was achieved thanks to the new technology of acid fracturing. This was reported by the company's press service.

Thus, Ukrnafta has received a high flow rate well and, more importantly, a technology to increase production at a particular field," Sergiy Koretsky, CEO of the company, wrote on Facebook.
Ukraine nationalizes Russian oligarch's ship worth about a billion hryvnias
The High Anti-Corruption Court has upheld the claim of the Ministry of Justice to recover the ship of Russian oligarch Alexander Verkhovsky, worth more than UAH 1 billion, for the benefit of Ukraine. This was reported by the Security Service of Ukraine.
The vessel in question is a large fishing trawler Bukhta Sokolovskaya, which was being completed at a plant in Mykolaiv before Russia's full-scale invasion. The vessel was part of the merchant fleet of the sanctioned oligarch Verkhovsky, who is one of the financial donors to Russia's war against Ukraine.
"The Russian businessman's fishing business allows him to regularly transfer billions of dollars to the Russian budget. From there, these funds are used to arm and logistically support the occupation groups of the aggressor country, which are fighting against the Ukrainian Defense Forces," the Security Service of Ukraine said.
The Netherlands supports Ukraine's right to strike at Russian territory
Dutch Defense Minister Kajsa Ollongren has said that Ukraine's strikes on targets in Russia should not be a subject of discussion in the European Union, as Kyiv should have the right to do so for its own self-defense. She said this in Brussels before a meeting of EU defense ministers.
Kajsa Ollongren stressed that she has never ruled out the possibility of Ukraine launching strikes inside Russia as Kyiv defends itself and tries to restore its territorial integrity.
"It is quite possible that they will have to strike inside Russia. So, in my opinion, this should not be a discussion. And I also hope that other countries that have a different position will change it," Ollongren said.
Ukraine's Ministry of Defense commissions 10 robotic systems this year
Since the beginning of 2024, the Ministry of Defense has codified and approved more than 10 domestically produced robotic systems for use in the army.

Robotics enhances the combat capabilities of the Ukrainian Defense Forces," the Ministry of Defense said. "Ground robotic platforms are used as weapon carriers and for firing from cover.
Some systems have already successfully passed combat tests and have been highly praised by Ukrainian defenders.
