The US Senate has voted in favor of a bill to aid Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan. Now the decision is up to the House of Representatives.
The bill provides $95.3 billion for three countries: Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan.
The final result of the vote: 70 in favor and 29 against. This means that the bill received virtually bicameral support from senators.
After the vote in the Senate, the bill will be passed to the House of Representatives. It is unknown when House Speaker Mike Johnson, a Republican, will vote on the bill and whether he will do so at all. He has already said that he does not intend to submit this document for consideration.
The MiG plant on Leningradsky Prospekt has caught fire in the Russian capital. According to preliminary data, the fire broke out in a reconstructed workshop attached to the existing plant building, reports Military Courier.
"The fire occurred on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. The cause of the fire remains unknown. The area of the fire is 70 square meters. Evacuation is currently underway. "We can say that in the territory of the Russian Federation it is often difficult to distinguish between what was the result of the degradation of the military-industrial complex, administration, and infrastructure in general, what was the result of violations of fire safety rules, what was the result of a fierce struggle of either local resistance forces or friends of Ukraine, who, of course, work in the deep rear," commented Andriy Yusov, a spokesman for the Defense Ministry's Main Intelligence Directorate.
The Regional Children's Clinical Hospital, damaged by the Russian troops at the beginning of the full-scale invasion, has been restored in Sumy region.
"Thanks to the joint efforts of partners and local authorities, we managed to completely replace the destroyed windows and doors. The building was also repaired and energy efficiency was improved," the Ministry of Health reported.

In the Tavria sector, the total losses of the occupying forces amounted to 645 people over the last day. This is the highest number since the beginning of the year, said General Oleksandr Tarnavskyi, commander of the Tavria Operational and Strategic Group of troops.
"The intensity of combat actions is increasing. The number of artillery attacks launched by the enemy in our operational area on February 12 is also the highest this year - 1267. The same is true for air strikes - 67 of them were recorded," said the general. "Our defenders are holding steadfastly and are conducting active operations in the designated areas.
Over the last day, Ukrainian troops destroyed or damaged 41 units of Russian military equipment in this sector, apart from UAVs. These include 5 tanks, 17 armored combat vehicles, 8 artillery systems, 10 vehicles and one unit of special equipment.
"Ukrainian forces also liquidated an ammunition depot and another important enemy object," said Commander Tarnavsky, without specifying which object he was referring to.
