Ukrainian intelligence attacked Russian stronghold in the Belgorod region

The Defense Intelligence of Ukraine conducted a special operation in Russia’s Belgorod region: reconnaissance men attacked a Russian platoon stronghold.

The intelligence officers received information that the Russian army's top leadership would conduct an inspection at the Russian positions in the Graivoron district, Belgorod region, due to "dissatisfaction and complaints of the personnel there about poor service conditions." Before the arrival of the leadership, Russian soldiers began active engineering work. 

"In order to inflict losses on the enemy and worsen its moral and psychological state, the Ukrainian special forces planned and carried out a special operation," the statement said. 

In particular, Ukrainian reconnaissance men mined the only road used by Russian forces in the area and attacked a Russian platoon stronghold. 

"The enemy suffered losses as a result of a fire attack involving small arms and mortars, as well as an explosion on Ukrainian mines. The number of killed and wounded occupiers is being clarified," the military intelligence added.

Ukraine created a robot that can perform combat missions

The members of the Brave1 defense cluster have created a universal robot, D-21-11, that can perform combat missions, including reconnaissance and assault.

"The vehicle is equipped with an automatic turret and can perform combat missions. For example, to conduct reconnaissance, assault or defend positions. The platform can also be used to safely deliver ammunition or provisions to soldiers in hot spots," the head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov wrote.

The robot has passed successful tests and has received positive feedback from the military.

Ukrainian Armed Forces inflicted significant losses on the Russian army in the Kupyansk sector

In the Kupyansk sector, up to 35 Russian soldiers were killed in action, and about 60 more were wounded in a day.

Major Nadiia Zamryha, head of the public relations service of the 14th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Roman the Great, said this on Espreso TV.

"There are a lot of Russian personnel. In one day, our unit alone eliminates up to 35 people, and more than 60 are wounded. This means that the invaders are suffering significant losses, but they still have reserves. The Russians are attacking wave after wave, dying, but replenishing their reserves again. The enemy does not spare its human resources," Zamryha noted.

According to her, when the Russian troops suffer significant losses of personnel and equipment, they retreat, regroup, and replenish their supplies and ammunition. These days, the number of enemy attacks does not exceed 3-5-7. It is currently such a period in the Kupyansk sector.

In the Tavria sector, Russia lost 7 tanks over the last day

Over the past day, Russia lost 470 soldiers and 68 pieces of equipment in the area of responsibility of the Tavria operational and strategic grouping. This was reported by the commander of the Tavria Joint Task Force, General Oleksandr Tarnavskyi.

"Our defenders are steadfastly holding the line and conducting active operations in the designated areas. Total enemy losses amounted to 470 people and 68 pieces of military equipment yesterday. In particular, 7 tanks, 11 armored personnel carriers, 14 artillery systems, 20 UAVs, 14 vehicles and 2 units of special equipment. One ammunition depot and one more important enemy object were destroyed," said Tarnavskyi.

In total, the Russian army launched 14 airstrikes and 1,008 artillery attacks in the Tavria sector over the last day.
