This was reported by the Center for Strategic Communications.
It is allegedly the soldiers with the 119th Detached Brigade of the Territorial Defence Forces who recorded a video calling on the military from other brigades to lay down their arms and stop defending Ukraine from Russian invaders.
SPRAVDI reported that the 119th Brigade refuted the fake: "The persons depicted in this video have never been and are not members of our brigade! They have nothing to do with our army or other components of the Ukrainian Defence Forces."
