Ukrainian forces strike oil refinery in Russia's Krasnodar region

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff reported the information.

Strikes by attack UAVs and explosions in the target area were recorded at the refinery site. According to preliminary information, elements of the primary oil processing unit were damaged. The scale of the damage inflicted is being clarified.

The General Staff noted that the annual processing capacity of this facility exceeds 4 million tons of oil. This refinery is part of Russia's energy rear and is involved in supplying the aggressor's armed forces.

The Ukrainian Defense Forces also struck material and technical supply warehouses of the invading Russian troops in the village of Solodkovodne in the temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia region, and in temporarily occupied Donetsk.

Additionally, in order to weaken Russia's offensive capabilities, strikes were carried out on a UAV control point of an enemy unit in the area of Velyka Novosilka in the temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk region, and on concentrations of enemy personnel in the areas of Yunakivka in the temporarily occupied territory of the Sumy region and Kolisnykivka in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kharkiv region. The number of killed and wounded Russian soldiers is being determined.

  • On January 23, Ukrainian military forces struck the Penzanefteprodukt oil depot in Russia's Penza region, as well as other military facilities in Crimea and in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
