Ukrainian forces deny Russian claim of capturing Miasozharivka village
Nazar Voloshyn, spokesman for the Khortytsia operational and strategic grouping of troops, has denied the Russian fake about the seizure of two Ukrainian settlements
Interfax Ukraine and the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security reported the information.
They noted that the Russian Defense Ministry recently announced the alleged occupation of Artemivka in the Luhansk region and Tymkivka in the Kharkiv region.
"However, the fact is that Russian propaganda has once again proved its ineptitude and ridiculousness. Moreover, there are no such settlements in Ukraine. So what maps do Russian soldiers and generals use to fight? The report calls Miasozharivka Artemivka. It should be noted that this was the name of the settlement until 2016," Voloshyn said.
According to Voloshyn, the village of Artemivka in the Luhansk region was renamed Miasozharivka based on Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada resolution No.1377-19 of 19.05.2016. As for the seizure of the village of Tymkivka in the Kharkiv region, this village was liquidated in 1987.
- Recently, the head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, announced the alleged occupation of Ryzhivka in the Sumy region. The head of the Bilopillia community denied the Russian fake, and the National Security and Defense Council said that there are no active combat actions in the Sumy region's border area.
