He stated this on Espreso TV.
"In the Hlyboke-Lyptsi area, Russia has reduced its activity somewhat. We’ve managed to disrupt their logistics chains. Now, Russian units on the frontline are running low on ammunition, water, and food, which is making their operations more difficult," emphasized Sarantsev.
He said the Russian army has gone on the defensive in the Hlyboke-Lyptsi area, building up their positions.
Sarantsev added, “The Russians are strengthening their positions and looking for new ways to supply their frontline units. In some places, they’re trying to do this at night using 'anti-thermal' equipment.”
- Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the Russian army's losses in personnel reached 635,000. Over the past day alone, the Ukrainian Defense Forces eliminated 1,020 Russian soldiers at the front.
