Ukrainian evacuation armored vehicle Dzhura-EVAC approved for military use

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported the information.

The armored vehicle is manufactured at a Ukrainian enterprise that has many years of experience in the production of armored vehicles. 

According to the Main Directorate for Life Cycle Support of Weapons and Military Equipment, the evacuation vehicle has a powerful diesel engine, 4x4 wheel configuration and a reliable manual transmission. 

“To perform tasks in off-road conditions and difficult terrain, the manufacturer has improved the car's chassis, installed reinforced front and rear suspensions, off-road tires, strengthened brakes, etc.”, the post says.

The Dzhura-EVAC is equipped with systems for transporting the wounded, including video surveillance, light camouflage, means of countering attacks by Russian UAVs, ventilation, air conditioning, an automatic stretcher loading system, and more.

The body of this evacuation vehicle also has ballistic protection against small arms bullets, shrapnel and explosions of engineered ammunition.
