Ukraine approves SAR 762 MT universal machine gun for operation

The Defense Ministry reports.

They noted that the machine gun has a number of technological advantages over Russia's Pecheneg company-sized single machine gun. In particular, the kit includes a quick-release barrel that allows for almost continuous fire. 

In addition, the weapon has an adjustable gas valve, which allows you to change the intensity of the fire. The machine gun also has a high service life of the body and barrel. The weapon is designed for effective use at low and high temperatures. 

“It can be mounted on special tripod machines at combat positions and in firing positions, or on lightly armored vehicles,” the ministry added.
