Ukrainian Defense Forces repel Russian attacks on 12 front directions, most intensely near Pokrovsk

Ukraine's General Staff reported the information.

According to detailed reports, during the past day, Russia launched three missile strikes (totaling 6 missiles), 61 air strikes (including 98 guided aerial bombs), and 1,009 kamikaze drone attacks. They conducted a total of 4,366 assaults on both military positions and civilian areas, with 98 attacks from MLRS.

Russia's air strikes targeted 30 settlements across Ukraine.

Yesterday, the Ukrainian Defense Forces' aviation, missile forces, and artillery targeted two Russian command posts, an artillery system, two air defense systems, and 16 personnel concentrations.

Frontline update

In the Kharkiv direction, there were eight combat clashes as Russian troops continued active operations, with fighting occurring near Vovchansk, Starytsia, and Lyptsi settlements.

In the Kupyansk direction, Russia attacked Ukrainian units' positions ten times. Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled assaults near Berestove, Pischane, and Synkivka.

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian troops repelled 17 attacks near Hrekivka, Nevske, Makiivka in the Luhansk region, and Terny in the Donetsk region.

In the Siversk direction, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled seven assaults near Bilohorivka, Verkhniokamyanske, Vyimka, and Rozdolivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, Ukrainian Defense Forces halted 12 Russian attempts to breach defenses in Chasiv Yar, Hryhorivka, and Andriivka districts of the Donetsk region.

In the Toretsk direction, with aviation support, Russia launched 18 attacks near Pivnichne, Pivdenne, Toretsk, and New York settlements.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 43 assaults in Novooleksandrivka, Vozdvyzhenka, Yevhenivka, Kalynove, Novoselivka Persha, Yasnobrodivka, and Karlivka settlements of the Donetsk region, where Russian troops, backed by aviation, attempted to dislodge Ukrainian units from their positions.

In the Kurakhove direction, Ukrainian Defense Forces are repelling Russian troops near Netaylove, Krasnohorivka, Paraskoviivka, and Kostiantynivka settlements, facing 11 attempts to breach defenses.

In the Vremivka direction, Russia launched 10 assaults near Vodiane and Urozhaine, Donetsk region.

In the Hulyaipole direction, Ukrainian troops repelled five Russian attacks. The situation is under control.

In the Orikhiv direction, five combat clashes occurred in Mala Tokmachka and Novoandriivka districts of the Zaporizhzhia region.

In the Kherson direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled one attack on the left bank, preventing any loss of positions.

On the Belarus border, the operational situation remains unchanged with no signs of offensive Russian group formations.

On the Chernihiv and Sumy regions border, Russia maintains military presence, conducts sabotage and intelligence activities, shells populated areas from its territory, and increases mine and explosive barriers along Ukraine's state border.

Simultaneously, Ukrainian soldiers are inflicting significant losses on occupying Russian troops in manpower and equipment, exhausting them along the entire battle line.
