This was reported on the brigade's official page.
According to the brigade's account, “the Russian assault was halted near our positions, with armored vehicles targeted and damaged by artillery. Subsequently, disoriented enemy infantry sought cover. The 128th brigade's assault group then advanced, clearing the gray zone. After effective machine gun fire, the surviving enemies wisely surrendered. The entire surrender process was recorded on video.”
Among the captives are former prisoners, Dagestanis, and a resident of St. Petersburg, all identified as members of the 71st Motorized Rifle Regiment of the Russian Army.
