The news was announced by Ukroboronprom CEO German Smetanin on the Telegram messaging app.

“The first day of DFNC3 was quite productive for the Ukroboronprom team. Meetings and negotiations took place, and some of them resulted in the signing of memoranda of cooperation,” Smetanin wrote.

According to him, Ukroboronprom reached an agreement with the American company LeVanta Tech Inc. to cooperate on the float-and-fly concept.

“We also plan to work together to develop solutions to increase the speed and stability of our products. We are interested in developing production in Ukraine, as well as organizing training for our weapons manufacturers,” Smetanin added.

He also announced a partnership with the Spanish company Escribano to modernize Ukrainian armored vehicles with advanced combat modules.

Smetanin noted that Ukroboronprom continues to expand its international cooperation network, focusing on technological innovation, localization of production in Ukraine, and the training of domestic defense specialists.

“Today, we have put new agreements on paper. We are talking about the prospect of cooperation in the field of air defense and deepening cooperation in the field of armored vehicles,” Smetanin said.

Additionally, Ukroboronprom outlined the preconditions for cooperation with the Romanian company Romarm.

“We are considering the possibility of joint production of technical solutions and unmanned platforms. We also plan to jointly attract investments to finance projects,” the Ukroboronprom CEO added.
