Ukraine warns of Russian nuclear attack plans, seeks approval for long-range strikes
Russia is gearing up to target nuclear energy facilities in Ukraine, so Western allies should let the Ukrainian military use long-range weapons against Russia
Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said this at a joint briefing with the foreign ministers of the Nordic-Baltic Eight countries, Ukrinform reports.
