Ukraine uses Long Neptune and its own ballistic missiles monthly
Minister for Strategic Industries Herman Smetanin confirms Ukraine produces an upgraded Long Neptune missile and uses it regularly in the war against Russia

He said this at a conference, dedicated to the results of the military industry in 2024, RBC-Ukraine reports.
“We actively use it every month, just like ballistic missiles. Ballistic missiles are used every month and the Long Neptune is also used on a regular basis,” Smetanin said.
Oleksandr Kamyshin, the Presidential Advisor on Strategic Issues, also commented on the Ukrainian-made ballistics.
“We will not answer you more than what the president said: “We have our own ballistic missile, which is mass-produced and has been successfully used,” Kamyshin emphasized.
- Recently, Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that Ukraine's new Long Neptune missile had been tested and successfully deployed at a range of 1,000 kilometers.
