Ukraine strikes Russian oil terminal, ammo depot, drone launch site
On the night of December 22, Ukrainian forces hit the Tamanneftegaz oil terminal in Russia's Krasnodar region, a Russian boat base in Crimea, an ammo depot, and a drone launch site
The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff reported the information.
A series of explosions were recorded at the Tamanneftegaz oil and gas terminal. Damage to a pipeline, two piers, and two vessels has been confirmed, along with a fire covering an area of over 1,000 square meters and at least one vessel ablaze. Additionally, a fire broke out in the tank farm area.
Ukrainian forces also struck the temporary watercraft base of the 92nd River Boat Brigade in Olenivka, temporarily occupied Crimea, using a Ukrainian-made missile. A significant fire was observed at the strike location. The full extent of the damage is being assessed.
Among other targets, Ukrainian forces attacked an ammunition depot belonging to a motorized rifle regiment in Ukrainske, Donetsk region. According to preliminary information, the target was destroyed.
Furthermore, the Defense Forces struck storage, preparation, and launch facilities for Shahed-type strike drones in the area of temporarily occupied Donetsk. A fire was observed. The extent of the damage is being assessed.
